The research adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining questionnaires (with both closed and open-ended questions) administered to the institution’s employees with a structured interview conducted with the Resources Human (HR) manager. The expected results include a deeper understanding of the management practices implemented within the instruction and their relationship with job satisfaction, as well as the identification of areas requiring improvement. These insights may contribute to the promotion of a healthier and more efficient working environment, ultimately enhancing the quality of care and support provided to the Association’s target population. Furthermore, this study seeks to provide practical recommendations that may strengthen Human Resource Management Policies (HRMP) at Associação Portas Pra Vida, with the aim of increasing employee satisfaction and, consequently, improving both the quality of care and the empowerment of clients.
