O trabalho enquadra-se no âmbito do Estágio do Mestrado em Intervenção Psicossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Risco, desenvolvido no Núcleo de Infância e Juventude, da Segurança Social, destacando-se a intervenção numa Casa de Acolhimento Residencial do distrito, no período entre janeiro e junho de 2022. O objetivo passou por promover competências pessoais e sociais em crianças dos 4 aos 7 anos, através da arte-terapia, técnica terapêutica que procura a resolução de possíveis conflitos sociais, cognitivos e pessoais, com recurso à arte. Com efeito, é muito importante que as crianças e jovens consigam expressar-se e que aprendam a ter relações saudáveis entre si. O estágio foi divido por fases: fase de diagnóstico e análise do contexto e dos métodos de trabalho, tanto no Núcleo de Infância e Juventude, como na instituição de acolhimento. Posteriormente, foi apresentado um plano de intervenção, propondo a concretização de vários projetos, incluindo um de investigação-ação com recurso à arte-terapia, a par da colaboração nas iniciativas do contexto. Seguiu-se o desenvolvimento dessas ideias e a última fase foi de reflexão e estudo dos resultados obtidos. Durante todo o estágio houve contacto direto com crianças em risco/perigo e com as respetivas famílias, através de visitas domiciliares e escolares, além da intervenção na Casa de Acolhimento Residencial. Os resultados obtidos especificamente no projeto de investigação-ação, reforçam a importância da arte-terapia, mostrando ser uma vantagem para a promoção de competências pessoais e sociais, ideia defendida por outros estudos analisados ao longo do processo que defendem também ser uma mais-valia para o controlo e exposição de sentimentos e emoções. Em síntese, salienta-se a importância de todas as aprendizagens desenvolvidas durante o percurso de estágio para o desenvolvimento de competências profissionais no âmbito da intervenção psicossocial com crianças e jovens em risco.
The work falls within the scope of the Internship of the Master's Degree in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Youth at Risk, developed in the Nucleus of Childhood and Youth, of the Social Security, highlighting the intervention in a Residential Reception House of the district, in the period between January and June 2022. With the aim of promoting personal and social skills in children from 4 to 7 years old, through art therapy, a therapeutic technique that seeks the resolution of possible social, cognitive and personal conflicts, using art. In fact, it is very important that children and young people are able to express themselves and that they learn to have healthy relationships with each other. The internship was divided into phases: diagnosis phase and analysis of the context and working methods, both in the Childhood and Youth Center and in the host institution. Subsequently, an intervention plan was presented, proposing the implementation of several projects, including one of action research using art therapy, along with collaboration in the initiatives of the context. This was followed by the development of these ideas and the last phase was of reflection and study of the results obtained. Throughout the internship there was direct contact with children at risk/danger and their families, through home and school visits, in addition to the intervention in the Residential Shelter. The results obtained specifically in the action research project reinforce the importance of art therapy, showing to be an advantage for the promotion of personal and social skills, an idea defended by other studies analyzed throughout the process that also defend to be an added value for the control and exposure of feelings and emotions. In summary, the importance of all the learning developed during the internship course for the development of professional skills in the scope of psychosocial intervention with children and young people at risk is highlighted.
