Este relatório de estágio discute o marketing digital aplicado ao setor de real estate
crowdfunding aplicado na empresa BrikkApp. O conteúdo é baseado em literatura recente e no
que está acontecendo atualmente relacionado a aplicação direta de uma empresa de
investimentos do setor imobiliário, a BrikkApp, na qual foi realizado um estágio de 6 meses.
Frente à mudança do mercado em direção ao digital, o ramo do marketing digital tornou-se uma
necessidade evidente em todas as empresas dos mais diversos setores e abriu porta para novos
mercados. Um destes é o setor do real estate crowdfunding, que consiste no investimento
coletivo no setor imobiliário a partir de plataformas online, como a BrikkApp. Esta start-up
está no mercado há dois anos e nela realizei, por um período de 6 meses, um estágio no setor
do Marketing, onde foram desenvolvidas funções na área do marketing research, data research
e, principalmente, de marketing digital.
Neste relatório serão discutidos o mercado no qual a empresa está inserida, as estratégias de
marketing digital atuais, como o Marketing de conteúdo e o Search Engine Optimization, além
das suas ferramentas. Será também abordada a forma como estas estratégias foram
implementadas na BrikkApp e todas as ferramentas utilizadas para auxiliar na função de
marketing exercida durante o estágio. O estágio foi alocado na na República Checa e foi
realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing pela Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão
de Viseu.
ABSTRACT: This internship report discusses digital marketing applied to the real estate crowdfunding sector in the company BrikkApp. The content is based on recent literature and what is happening now related to direct application in a real estate investment company, in which I did a 6-month internship. The sector of digital marketing has become an evident need in all companies in the most diverse sectors. Also, it has opened the door to new markets, considering the market shift towards digital. One of these markets is the real estate crowdfunding sector, which consists of collective investment in the real estate sector from online platforms, of which BrikkApp is part. This startup has been in the market for two years, and I did, for a period of 6 months, an internship in the Marketing sector, developing functions in marketing research, data research, and, mainly, digital marketing. This report will discuss the market in which the company operates, current digital marketing strategies, such as Content Marketing and Search Engine Optimization, in addition to its tools. Also, it will be discussed how these strategies were implemented in BrikkApp and all the tools used to assist in the marketing function performed during the internship. The study was carried out and applied through an internship in the Czech Republic and was carried out within the scope of the Master in Marketing by the School of Technology and Management of Viseu.
