Abstract(s)
Contudo, apenas

Abstract Introduction: Children With Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) characterizes a group of children who present chronic, physical and developmental conditions, dependent on healthcare services and different professionals due to clinical fragility and social vulnerability. By focusing on the community, Community Nursing endows the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing with a higher professional qualification to provide specific and differentiated healthcare to the person, group or community, translating them into health gains. Objective: To map the available evidence on the interventions of the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing in the care of CSHCN. Methodology: A Scoping Review was conducted based on the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute. The articles selected through a PRISMA-ScR checklist include those with publication date equal to or greater than the year 2016, in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Two independent reviewers performed the relevance analysis of the articles and the extraction and synthesis of the data. Results: Of 815 articles, 13 were included in this Scoping Review. All results valued the Nurse's interventions towards CSHCN. However, only one article highlights the interventions of the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing. Conclusions: CSHCN also require exceptional care, whereby Specialist Nurses' differentiated intervention is notorious. It is crucial to develop studies that analyze the interventions of the Specialist Nurse in Community Nursing with CSHCN, investigating the contributions of these professionals in this area. Subject headings: Children with Special Health Needs; Nurse; Community Nursing.
