Abstract(s)
O presente relatório final de estágio, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Intervenção Psicossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Risco pretende evidenciar o percurso efetuado ao longo do estágio, que decorreu no Núcleo Distrital de Viseu, da EAPN Portugal. Apresenta-se como objetivo geral, definido para o trabalho realizado ao longo do estágio, a atenuação de problemas de saúde mental. A temática principal abordada no estágio foi a aprendizagem socioemocional para prevenção de problemas de saúde mental, sendo que as restantes temáticas de intervenção foram os preconceitos e estereótipos e a interculturalidade, através do aumento da valorização e do conhecimento de outras culturas e conhecimento sobre a existência de preconceitos e estereótipos. No que diz respeito aos dados recolhidos no âmbito da avaliação, foi percetível uma evolução relativamente positiva nas respostas dadas pelos participantes, antes e depois de se implementar as atividades, sendo importante referir que, durante a implementação das atividades, os grupos participaram bastante, em que referiram que não tinham conhecimento sobre alguns temas abordados e demonstraram bastante interesse no decorrer da atividade. Assim, através da avaliação dos objetivos e das atividades implementadas, foi possível perceber a pertinência da intervenção sobre as temáticas desenvolvidas.
This final probation report was wrote as part of the Master in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Youth at Risk, aims to highlight the path taken during the internship, which took place at the District Center of Viseu, EAPN Portugal. The general objective, defined for the work carried out during the internship, was to alleviate mental health problems. The main theme of the internship was socio-emotional learning for the prevention of mental health problems, while the other intervention themes were prejudice and stereotypes and interculturality, by increasing appreciation and knowledge of other cultures and knowledge about the existence of prejudice and stereotypes. In terms of the data collected as part of the evaluation, there was a relatively positive evolution in the answers given by the participants before and after the activities were implemented. It is important to note that during the implementation of the activities, the groups participated a lot, where they mentioned that they had no knowledge of some of the topics covered and showed a lot of interest in the course of the activity. In this way, an evaluation of the objectives and activities implemented made it possible to see the relevance of the intervention on the themes developed.
