Abstract(s)
O tema selecionado para desenvolver a dissertação de mestrado enquadra-se no âmbito das
organizações da economia social, nomeadamente no que respeita à Instituição Particular de
Solidariedade Social. As instituições particulares de solidariedade social são entidades
constituídas por iniciativa de particulares e sem finalidade lucrativa com o propósito de dar
expressão organizada ao dever moral de solidariedade e de justiça entre os indivíduos. No
entanto, as novas exigências de competitividade impõem às IPSS uma restruturação nos
processos de gestão de recursos humanos, para que estes contribuam para a sustentabilidade
da organização. Em termos concretos, através deste trabalho, pretende-se fazer uma
caracterização da IPSS e perceber até que ponto a gestão de recursos humanos pode
contribuir para a sua sustentabilidade. Para a concretização dos objetivos definidos baseamonos numa revisão bibliográfica, procurando definir os principais conceitos associados à
economia social, IPSS, satisfação, motivação, sustentabilidade e recursos humanos. A
metodologia utilizada assenta na aplicação de um questionário aos colaboradores da
instituição.
The theme chosen to develop the master's dissertation falls within the scope of social economy organizations, namely with regard to the Private Institution of Social Solidarity. Particular institutions of social solidarity are entities formed by the initiative of private entities and with non- profit ends, with the purpose of giving organized expression to the moral duty and solidarity and justice among individuals. However, the new competitiveness requirements impose on the IPSS a restructuring in human resources management processes, so that they contribute to the sustainability of the organization. In concrete terms, this paper intends to characterize the IPSS and to understand the extent to which human resources management can contribute to its sustainability. In order to achieve the defined objectives, we base ourselves on a bibliographical review, trying to define the main concepts associated to social economy, IPSS, satisfaction, motivation, sustainability and human resources. The methodology used is based on the application of a questionnaire to the employees of the institution.
