Enquadramento: O presente relatĂłrio encontra-se dividido em dois capĂtulos. O
capĂtulo I, relativo ao EstĂĄgio, Ă© composto pela descrição crĂtica e reflexiva das
diferentes competĂȘncias para a obtenção do tĂtulo de especialista e grau de mestre em
Enfermagem de SaĂșde Materna, ObstĂ©trica e Ginecologia realizado ao longo dos
diferentes contextos de estĂĄgio. No capĂtulo II, relativo Ă investigação empĂrica - foi
estudada a vivĂȘncia da sexualidade pelos casais durante a gravidez.
Objetivos: EstĂĄgio - Descrever de forma crĂtica e reflexivos os objetivos e
atividades desenvolvidas em cada unidade de cuidados, de acordo com as competĂȘncias
do Enfermeiro Especialista e Enfermagem de SaĂșde Materna e ObstĂ©trica; Estudo
empĂrico - e compreender o significado atribuĂdo pelo casal Ă vivĂȘncia da sexualidade
durante a gravidez.
Metodologia: Estågio - descreve-se reflexivamente o processo de aquisição de
competĂȘncias ao longo dos diferentes contextos de estĂĄgio com uma anĂĄlise crĂtica e
reflexiva baseada na mais recente evidĂȘncia. Investigação empĂrica - foi realizado um
estudo qualitativo fenomenolĂłgico hermenĂȘutico assente nos pressupostos de Max Van
Manen através da entrevista fenomenológica a onze casais gråvidos selecionados
através do processo de amostragem por bola de neve.
Resultados: EstĂĄgio - verificou-se que as competĂȘncias comuns e especĂficas
do Enfermeiro Especialista foram adquiridas e superadas. Investigação empĂrica -
emergiram as seguintes categorias: Significado de ser Mulher; Significado de ser
Homem; Significado de ser Casal; Significado atribuĂdo Ă gravidez; Sentimentos do
casal na vivĂȘncia da gravidez; Desconfortos referidos pelo casal na vivĂȘncia da
sexualidade; Atitudes adotadas pelo casal na vivĂȘncia da sexualidade durante a
gravidez; Fontes de informação sobre sexualidade; Melhorias a implementa na
educação em saĂșde sobresexualidade e Significado atribuĂdo ao Enfermeiro Obstetra
no Ăąmbito da sexualidade.
ConclusĂŁo: EstĂĄgio - os objetivos inicialmente estabelecidos foram atingidos,
bem como as experiĂȘncias mĂnimas exigidas.
Investigação empĂrica - conclui-se que os casais em estudo vivenciaram a sua
sexualidade de forma individual e Ășnica desenvolvendo estratĂ©gias adaptativas Ă s
alteraçÔes vivenciadas ao longo da gravidez.

Abstract Frame: This report is divided into two chapters. Chapter I, on the Internship, is composed of a critical and reflective description of the different skills required to obtain the title of specialist and master's degree in Maternal Health, Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing, carried out throughout the different internship contexts. Chapter II, on empirical research, studied the experience of sexuality by couples during pregnancy. Objectives: Internship - To describe critically and reflectively the objectives and activities developed in each care unit, according to the skills of the Specialist Nurse and Maternal and Obstetric Health Nursing; Empirical study - and to understand the meaning attributed by the couple to the experience of sexuality during pregnancy. Methodology: Internship - To reflectively describe the process of acquiring skills throughout the different internship contexts with a critical and reflective analysis based on the most recent evidence. Empirical research - a qualitative phenomenological hermeneutic study was carried out based on the assumptions of Max Van Manen through phenomenological interviews with eleven pregnant couples selected through the snowball sampling process. Results: Internship - it was found that the common and specific skills of the Specialist Nurse were acquired and surpassed. Empirical research - the following categories emerged: Meaning of being a Woman; Meaning of being a Man; Meaning of being a Couple; Meaning attributed to pregnancy; Feelings of the couple in the experience of pregnancy; Discomforts reported by the couple in the experience of sexuality; Attitudes adopted by the couple in the experience of sexuality during pregnancy; Sources of information on sexuality; Improvements to be implemented in health education on sexuality and Meaning attributed to the Obstetric Nurse in the context of sexuality. Conclusion: Internship - the objectives initially established were achieved, as well as the minimum experiences required. Empirical research - it was concluded that the couples in the study experienced their sexuality in an individual and unique way, developing adaptive strategies to the changes experienced throughout pregnancy.
