O presente relatório incide sobre o estágio curricular realizado no Centro Comunitário “Integrar e Desenvolver”, resposta social do Centro Social e Paroquial de Santa Cecília, situado no Bairro da Palmeira, no âmbito do Mestrado em Intervenção Psicossocial com Crianças e Jovens em Risco. O estágio teve como principal objetivo proporcionar uma experiência pré-profissional que permitisse a aquisição de competências de intervenção psicossocial com crianças e jovens em risco. As atividades desenvolvidas integraram o plano de ação da instituição, abrangendo o atendimento e acompanhamento social. Além disso, incluíram ações de participação ativa e colaborativa dirigidas a diferentes públicos-alvo, bem como a colaboração em iniciativas institucionais e interinstitucionais. Paralelamente, foi realizado um estudo exploratório subordinado ao tema A influência do uso excessivo de tecnologias digitais no relacionamento social das crianças e jovens, com uma amostra de oito jovens, acompanhados pelo Centro Comunitário. A experiência de estágio possibilitou o aprofundamento de competências relacionais e profissionais, a consolidação de uma intervenção de proximidade junto dos utentes e a compreensão dos desafios inerentes ao trabalho em contextos de vulnerabilidade social. Adicionalmente, contribuiu para o desenvolvimento de competências de investigação, análise crítica e organização da informação.
This report focuses on the internship completed at the "Integrar e Desenvolver" Community Center, a social service unit of the Santa Cecília Social and Parish Center, located in the Palmeira neighborhood, as part of the Master's program in Psychosocial Intervention with Children and Youth at Risk. The internship's main objective was to provide pre-professional experience that would enable the acquisition of psychosocial intervention skills with at-risk children and youth. The activities developed were part of the institution's action plan, encompassing social care and monitoring. Furthermore, they included active and collaborative participation initiatives aimed at different target audiences, as well as collaboration in institutional and inter-institutional initiatives. At the same time, an exploratory study was conducted on the topic The influence of excessive use of digital technologies on the social relationships of children and youth, with a sample of eight young people supported by the Community Center. The internship experience enabled the deepening of relational and professional skills, the consolidation of outreach interventions with users, and the understanding of the challenges inherent in working in socially vulnerable contexts. Additionally, it contributed to the development of research, critical analysis, and information organization skills.
