No âmbito do 2º ano do Mestrado em Marketing, do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu, da Escola
Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu foi realizado um estágio no Lusitano Futebol Clube
de Vildemoinhos.
O período de estágio foi de seis meses, iniciou-se a 29 de setembro de 2022 até 29 de março
de 2023.
O desporto é algo que culturalmente é muito importante pois tem um impacto gigante na
sociedade. O desporto é para todos, independentemente do género, da língua, da região, das
condições económicas, o desporto é universal. Face à crescente influência do desporto surgiram
nesta área novas oportunidades de negócio, tornando-se um setor da economia bastante
competitivo, surgindo assim a necessidade de expandir as ferramentas do marketing para a área
do desporto.
Os adeptos desempenham, nos tempos de hoje, um papel fundamental para a sobrevivência dos
pequenos e grandes Clubes. É importante saber envolver os adeptos em todos os processos.
Para os Clubes de pequena dimensão, com um poder financeiro menor, ainda mais importante
é saber comunicar com os seus adeptos e saber o que eles procuram. Estes devem tirar proveito
das ferramentas gratuitas para promover a constante comunicação entre a comunidade
desportiva.
Face a isto, neste presente relatório, para além da apresentação do Clube e da revisão da
literatura, são apresentadas as tarefas desenvolvidas por mim, tendo por base a intenção de
reforçar a relação com os atuais adeptos e simpatizantes do Clube, alcançar novos adeptos,
patrocinadores e aumentar a sua visibilidade.
ABSTRACT: Within the scope of the 2nd year of the master’s in Marketing, of the Polytechnic Institute of Viseu, of the School of Technology and Management of Viseu an internship was held at Lusitano Futebol Clube de Vildemoinhos. The internship period was six months, starting on September 29, 2022 until March 29, 2023. Sport is something that culturally is very important because it has a giant impact on society. Sport is for everyone, regardless of gender, language, region, economic conditions, sport is universal. Faced with the growing influence of sport, new business opportunities have emerged, making the sector of the economy very competitive, thus arising the need to expand the tools of marketing to the area of sport. In today's times fans play a key role for the survival of small and large clubs. It is important to know how to involve supporters in all processes. For small clubs, with lower financial power, even more important is to know how to communicate with their fans and know what they are looking for and know how to make use of free tools to promote constant communication among its supporters. Therefore, in this report, along with a presentation of the club and a literature review, I present the tasks I carried out, based on the intention of strengthening the relationship with the club's current supporters and sympathizers, reaching out to new supporters and sponsors and increasing its visibility.
