| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório do trabalho de Estágio, está inserido na unidade curricular de Dissertação do Mestrado de Engenharia Mecânica e Gestão Industrial e foi desenvolvido no âmbito de um projeto dirigido à melhoria do desempenho operacional de um posto da linha de montagem, na empresa Peugeot Citroën Automóveis Portugal SA, em Mangualde. Verificando-se um crescente aumento da concorrência a nível mundial, é cada vez mais imprescindível para as empresas apostarem no fator competitividade e na otimização dos seus processos produtivos, a fim de terem a capacidade de responder rapidamente às necessidades e exigências do mercado. Nesse sentido, o objetivo principal deste trabalho foi o estudo da eficiência de um posto da linha de montagem automóvel, conhecido como “ilha das rodas”, integrado na linha de montagem automóvel e que executa a montagem das rodas por via de dois robôs. O estudo da eficiência foi realizado usando algumas ferramentas da metodologia do TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), nomeadamente a análise de Pareto, que após um estudo das paragens que ocorrem no posto, permite identificar quais as falhas prioritárias e as potencialidades de melhorias no posto. Posteriormente, foi aplicado o indicador OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), que permite determinar os parâmetros da disponibilidade, performance e qualidade, imprescindíveis para retirar conclusões acerca da eficiência do posto, através de comparações com valores de referência. Finalmente, a aplicação da metodologia dos “5 porquês” permitiu identificar as possíveis causa-raiz das falhas prioritárias. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: This document is about an internship study, for the conclusion of the Master’s Degree in Mechanichal Engineering and Industrial Management, regarding na attempt to increase the operational efficiency of an work station at the ‘’ Peugeot Citroën Automóveis Portugal SA’’ company, located in Mangualde. Competition is increasing worldwide, and it’s more and more essential for the companies to bet on the optimization of their inside operations, in order to achieve the capacity to answer to the ever asked demands of the market. In this regard, the main objective of this essay is the study of the automobile manufacture-workstation performance, known commonly as the ‘’Wheels Island’’, that executes the assembly of a car wheel with the help of two robots. The study was done using various methodology tools of the so called ‘’TPM’’,or ‘’Total Productive Maintenance’’, mainly the ‘’Pareto Analysis’’, and with it all the main faults that occur in the work station were identified as well as possible improvements. Afterwards, the ‘’OEE’’, or ‘’Overall Equipment Effectiveness’’ was applied, resulting in the aknowledge of disponibility, performance and quality parameters, essential, and its comparison with reference values allowed for the ultimate conclusions.
