Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio foi elaborado no âmbito do Mestrado em Marketing da
Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu. O estágio teve
a duração de seis meses e foi realizado no departamento de marketing da Enbiente -
Energia e Ambiente Lda., empresa que atua no setor das energias renováveis em Portugal.
Os principais objetivos do estágio passaram por obter experiência no mundo do trabalho,
conseguir aplicar, sempre que possível, os conhecimentos teóricos adquiridos no
mestrado e consolidá-los, mas também adquirir novas competências, tanto a nível técnico
como pessoal, bem como novos conhecimentos na área do Marketing Digital.
Dado que atualmente vivemos num mundo cada vez mais digital, torna-se imperativo que
as empresas se adaptem e adotem novas tendências e respetivos mecanismos, para irem
de encontro às necessidades e expectativas dos clientes, mas também para se destacaram
face à concorrência.
Seguindo esta linha de pensamento, o propósito do estágio curricular foi desenvolver
estratégias de marketing e dinamizar o marketing digital da empresa para melhorar o seu
posicionamento no mundo digital. O relatório teve como base as tarefas que me foram
propostas, entre elas a gestão das redes sociais da empresa, o desenvolvimento de artigos
para o blog e respetiva otimização, bem outras atividades inseridas nesta área do
marketing. Estas atividades foram suscetíveis de um enquadramento teórico, onde se
procedeu à análise de vários temas e conceitos referentes ao Marketing Digital.
O presente relatório é composto por seis capítulos, sendo estes: introdução,
enquadramento teórico, apresentação da entidade acolhedora, atividades realizadas;
reflexão crítica e conclusão.
ABSTRACT: This internship report was prepared within the scope of the Master in Marketing, by Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Instituto Politécnico de Viseu. The curricular internship lasted six months and took place in the marketing department of Enbiente - Energia e Ambiente Lda., a company that operates in the renewable energy sector in Portugal. The main objectives of the internship where to gain experience in the professional world, to be able to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during the master's degree and to consolidate them, as well as to adcquire new skills, both at a professional and personal level, and knowledge in the area of Digital Marketing. Since we are currently living in a technological era, increasingly digital, it is imperative that all companies develop strategies and adopt mechanisms to meet the needs and expectations of customers, but also to stand out from the competition. According to this reality, the activities developed during the internship were essentially focused on the growth of the company's digital presence. The report was based on the tasks that were proposed to me, including the management of the company's social networks, the development of articles for the blog and respective optimization, as well as other activities incorporated in this area of marketing. This report is composed of six chapters, these being the introduction, the theoretical framework, presentation of the welcoming entity, activities carried out, critical reflection and conclusion.
