Abstract(s)
This Final Internship Report was developed within the scope of the Master in Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and Teaching of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education and is separated into two parts. In the first part, a critical reflection on Supervised Teaching Practices was elaborated, over the two years of the Master's Degree and in the second part, the research project was carried out, which aims to understand whether the use of eco-sensors in the 1st Basic Education Cycle contributes to sensitize students to the environmental health of their school. After completing a brief bibliographic review, a study was carried out with students from the 3rd year of basic education, in a 1st cycle school, in the district of Viseu. Students used eco-sensors to measure temperature and humidity values, in order to understand how the thermal comfort of their school varied. The instruments used were the survey, the interview and the field notes. The results obtained and analyzed were the students' level of agreement with the survey statements, which allowed them to perceive their awareness of the environmental health of their school.
