dc.description.abstractA primeira parte do trabalho é uma reflexão sobre o meu percurso formativo no Mestrado em Ensino no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e de Matemática e Ciências Naturais no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, mais concretamente sobre as minhas intervenções em diferentes contextos educativo, no 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, onde tive a oportunidade de lecionar aulas presenciais e elaborar um vídeo sobre “Escola em Casa”, e posteriormente no 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, onde as aulas decorreram online e presencialmente. A segunda parte do trabalho é a realização de um trabalho de investigação tendo como ponto de partida a saúde ambiental e a educação ambiental num centro de explicações frequentado por alunos do 2.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este estudo baseia-se no Projeto Eco-Sensors4Health, que tem como principal objetivo melhorar a saúde ambiental das escolas, recorrendo à utilização de sensores, envolvendo as crianças nesse processo. Os alunos foram convidados a investigar a qualidade do ar da sala de estudo, efectuando medições da concentração de dióxido de carbono (CO2) com um sensor de CO2. Após a investigação realizada no local pelos alunos, estes tiveram que pensar e apresentar possíveis soluções para a melhoria do local de estudo. A elaboração deste trabalho de investigação levou a uma abordagem transdisciplinar, no sentido em que ao mesmo tempo as crianças estavam a desenvolver capacidades na disciplina de Ciências Naturais, de Matemática e de Educação Tecnológica. Após a análise dos dados, os alunos compreenderam que o ar expirado tem uma maior concentração de dióxido de carbono em relação ao ar inspirado, como tal é fundamental existir um bom sistema de renovação do ar para não desenvolverem doenças.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractThe first part of the work is a reflection on my training path in the Master in Teaching in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education and of Mathematics and Natural Sciences in the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education, more specifically about my interventions in different educational contexts, in the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, where I had the opportunity to teach face-to-face classes and create a video about “School at Home”, and later in the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education, where classes took place online and in person. The second part of the work is to carry out a research work having as a starting point the environmental health and environmental education in an explanation center frequented by students of the 2nd Cycle of Basic Education. This study is based on the Eco-Sensors4Health Project, whose main objective is to improve the environmental health of schools, using sensors, involving children in this process. Students were invited to investigate the air quality of the study room by taking measurements of the concentration of carbon dioxide (CO2) with a CO2 sensor. After the investigation carried out on site by the students, they had to think and present possible solutions for the improvement of the place of study. The elaboration of this research work led to a transdisciplinary approach, in the sense that at the same time the children developed skills in the subjects of sciences, mathematics and technological education. After review the data, the students understood that the expired air has a higher concentration of carbon dioxide in relation to the inspired air, so it is essential to have a good air renewal system so that they do not develop diseases.pt_PT
