dc.description.abstractAs crises têm vindo a ser um fenómeno recorrente desde a Antiguidade Clássica. No Grego Clássico, a palavra crise reportava etimologicamente para a noção de julgamento e de decisão. Na conceção chinesa, a definição chinesa remete para a noção de perigo com a ideia de ponto de viragem. Este é um conceito mais abrangente e refere para a situação de crise como uma oportunidade de eliminar o que não está a funcionar bem. As organizações, por sua vez, podem ser definidas de diversas formas. A comunicação é uma peça fundamental no processo de gestão de crise, existindo, portanto, a possibilidade de refletir acerca da importância que tem na criação, manutenção e reposição da imagem de uma organização. Pretende-se investigar o que realmente é uma crise, como é que a comunicação é gerida em tempos de crise em Portugal, em específico na Câmara Municipal de Santa Comba Dão durante os incêndios de 2017. Pretende-se também perceber e como funciona a comunicação institucional, a comunicação pública e a comunicação municipal e perceber igualmente quais as caraterísticas que um plano de comunicação deverá ter e como deve ser posto em prática perante a comunicação social. Este é um estudo exploratório, baseada em pesquisa bibliográfica, com a utilização de metodologia quantitativa, através da análise de conteúdo. Para concretizar essa análise, realizou-se uma recolha de dados e informação e a sua posterior análise através de várias categorias, analisando, posterior, documentos audiovisuais, redes sociais e fontes escritas da câmara municipal. Foram encontradas 127 publicações, tanto produzidas pela própria câmara municipal como pelos meios de comunicação social online.pt_PT
dc.description.abstractCrisis have been a recurring phenomenon since classic antiquity. In Classical Greek, the word crisis reported etymologically to the notion of judgment and decision. In Chinese design, the Chinese definition refers to the notion of danger with the idea of a turning point. This is a border concept and refers to the crisis situation as na opportunity to eliminate what is not working well. Organzations, in turn, can be defined in a variety of ways, Communication sis a fundamental part of the crisis management process, and there is therefor the possibility of reflecting on the importance it has in the creation, maintenance and replacement of na organization´s image. It is intended to investigate what really is a crisis, how Communication is managed in times of crisis in Portugal, especially in the Municipality of Santa Comba Dão during the fires of 2017. It is also intended to understand how institutional communication, public communication and municipal communication work and also to understand what characteristics a communication plan should have and how it should be put into pratice before the media. This is na exploratory study, based on bibliographic research, with the use of quantitative methodology, through contente analysis. In order to carry out this analysis, data and information were collected and then analyzed through various categories, analysing audiovisual documents, social networks and written sources of the city council. 127 publications were found, both produced by the city council and by the online media.pt_PT
