Abstract(s)

The Brazilian frameworks, namely those related to the agricultural sector and the natural resources, call for special attention from the national institutions and international organisations, because of the importance for the world sustainability of the dynamics in Amazonia, for example. The agricultural policies play here a determinant role as instruments of intervention in the forest and agricultural evolutions. Considering the characteristics of the Brazilian context and the relevance of this country to the Latin America, the main interrelationships between agricultural policy and the sustainability of the landscape are presented through a systematic literature survey based on bibliometric information (bibliographic data and relatedness based on the number of references the items share). The literature shows that there is special attention on the Brazilian agricultural policies with the family farms, agroecology, sustainability, food security, biofuels and organisation of the sector.
