Abstract(s)
O presente relatório final de estágio é composto por duas partes, uma referente à prática de ensino supervisionada e outra relativa ao trabalho de investigação. Este último, focalizou-se na importância da Educação Visual e da Educação Tecnológica para o desenvolvimento psicocognitivo e expressão criativa dos jovens. Com este estudo pretendeu-se averiguar a perceção de professores, de Educação Visual e Educação Tecnológica, face à problemática em apreço: “A Importância da Educação Visual e da Educação Tecnológica para o desenvolvimento psicocognitivo e Expressão Criativa dos Jovens”. Neste sentido os docentes foram os participantes para a realização do estudo. No que se refere ao enquadramento teórico, procurou-se examinar as questões nucleares interligadas com a temática do estudo, o quadro de ação de um professor de Educação Visual e Educação Tecnológica, a educação pela arte e a expressão criativa. Este quadro teórico serviu de base e sustento para a concretização prática do estudo. Relativamente à componente empírica, a investigação de natureza mista (quantitativa e qualitativa), ou seja, foi utilizada uma metodologia qualitativa não experimental e descritiva, com uma recolha de dados decorrente da aplicação de um questionário. Os resultados obtidos demonstram a opinião de professores face à importância da Educação Visual e da Educação Tecnológica. Daí resultou o reconhecimento de diversas competências, ferramentas e aptidões que estas disciplinas permitem desenvolver com os jovens aos níveis psicológico, cognitivo e expressivo. Salienta-se, ainda, que estas competências são adquiridas/desenvolvidas simultaneamente com as dinâmicas associadas às aprendizagens e conteúdos programáticos que constam dos documentos orientadores das disciplinas.
This final internship report consists of two parts, one referring to the supervised teaching practice and the other to the research work. The latter focused on the importance of Visual Education and Technological Education for the psychocognitive development and creative expression of young people. This study aimed to investigate the perceptions of Visual Education and Technological Education teachers regarding the issue at hand: "The Importance of Visual Education and Technological Education for the psychocognitive development and Creative Expression of Young People". In this sense, the teachers were the participants in the study. As far as the theoretical framework is concerned, an attempt was made to examine the core issues interconnected with the study theme, the action framework of a Visual Education and Technological Education teacher, education through art and creative expression. This theoretical framework served as a basis and support for the practical implementation of the study. Regarding the empirical component, the research was of mixed nature (quantitative and qualitative), that is, a non-experimental and descriptive qualitative methodology was used, with data collection arising from the application of a questionnaire. The results obtained demonstrate the opinion of teachers regarding the importance of Visual Education and Technological Education. This resulted in the recognition of various competences, tools and skills that these subjects allow young people to develop at the psychological, cognitive and expressive levels. It should also be noted that these skills are acquired/developed simultaneously with the dynamics associated with the learning and syllabus contents included in the guiding documents of the subjects.
