Abstract(s)
O mercado turĆstico passa atualmente por um momento de grandes
transformações à escala mundial, em consequência principalmente da crise
económica a nĆvel mundial, das novas tecnologias e da globalização, fenómenos
que com o decorrer dos tempos moldam toda a cadeia produtora e prestadora
de serviƧos turĆsticos. Atualmente um cliente quando pensa em comprar um
produto turĆstico e/ou fazer uma viagem, tem acesso Ć s informaƧƵes que,
anteriormente, eram restritas aos profissionais da Ɣrea de turismo,
principalmente aos Agentes de Viagens. O cliente moderno pode adquirir as suas
informaƧƵes e viagens nas diversas pƔginas webs das companhias aƩreas, rede
hoteleira, operadores turĆsticos, rent-a-car, entre outros. Ao Agente de Viagem,
torna-se obrigatório que esteja sempre disponĆvel para obter muitas e novas
competĆŖncias profissionais, tornando-se desta forma um āConsultor de Viagensā.
SĆ£o tomadas novas medidas para o desenvolvimento profissional deste novo
conceito de profissional, com o objetivo de se manter atualizado e cada vez mais
dinâmico. O Consultor de Viagens terÔ de aprender que a competência na nova
função depende da consciencialização mútua do agente de viagens e das
agĆŖncias de viagens rumo Ć absorção de polĆticas e programas de qualificação
profissional, fazendo-se necessƔrio que os consultores compreendam as novas
configuraƧƵes para que o turismo continue a ser uma atividade fundamental
neste novo cenÔrio, para a prestação de serviço de consultoria em viagens.
Outro fator que levou a profundas alteraƧƵes no comportamento das empresas
turĆsticas e agentes de viagens foi sem dĆŗvida a crise económica Ć escala
mundial. Quanto Ć crise económica Ć© importante ressaltar que o setor turĆstico
foi um dos poucos mercados que conseguiu ultrapassar uma das maiores crises
a nĆvel mundial. Por tudo isso, pode-se entender que surge uma oportunidade
para a internacionalização, desde que o promotor do projeto opte por um paĆs,
região ou cidade que atenda a sua zona de conforto. A Mazaltur considerando a
importância da internacionalização num mercado globalizado, pretende através
deste Plano de Internacionalização fazer uma anÔlise estratégica e de
viabilidade económica e financeira para abrir um escritório na cidade do Rio de
Janeiro no Brasil.
ABSTRACT: Nowadays, the tourism market is going through major changes worldwide, mainly as a result of the global economic crisis, new technologies and the globalization phenomena that, as time goes by, frame the production chain and provider of travel services. Currently, when a customer thinks of buying a touristic product and / or take a trip he has access to information that were previously restricted to professionals in tourism, especially Travel Agents. The modern customer can purchase his trip and information on the webs pages of several airlines, hotel chains, tour operators, rent-a-car, among others. It becomes mandatory that the Travel Agent is always available with many new professional skills, thus becoming a 'Travel Consultant ". Measures are taken for the professional development of this new concept of professional in order to keep up. The Travel Consultant will have to learn that the ability for the new role depends on the mutual awareness of the travel agent and travel agency, towards the absorption of policies and programs of vocational training agencies, making it necessary that the consultants understand the new settings in order to keep tourism the vital activity in this new scenario for the delivery of consultancy service in travel. Another factor that led to deep changes in tourism companies and travel agentsā behavior was, undoubtedly, the economic worldwide crisis. Talking about the economic crisis it is important to emphasize that the tourism sector was one of the few markets that has overcome one of the biggest worldwide crises. For all this, one can understand that the opportunity for internationalization arises, as long as the project proposer chooses a country, region or city that meets his comfort zone. Through this Internationalization Plan and considering the importance of the internationalization in a global market The Mazaltur intends to make an economical and financial strategic analysis to open an office in the City of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil.
