Abstract(s)
Neste artigo procura-se articular a literatura para a infância com a matemática por meio do livro-objeto, em formato pop-up, Oh! O meu chapéu (BOISROBERT & RIGAUD, 2015), desvelando a importância do caráter plurissignificativo dos espaços que aí se desdobram. Foram traçados os seguintes objetivos: i) indagar modos de apurar a sensibilidade estética das crianças, através da exploração sensorial e espacial do livro pop-up, com particular ênfase nos elementos paratextuais; ii) compreender as potencialidades dos espaços redesenhados no livro em análise, para o incremento da criatividade e imaginação, através da exploração da simbiose entre o texto e as ilustrações, locus de articulação da literatura com a matemática. Conclui-se que o caráter tridimensional do livro pop-up possibilita a criação de pactos de leitura inusitados, revelando o seu potencial invulgar de fruição, ainda pouco explorado.
This paper seeks to articulate children’s literature with mathematics through of the pop-up book That’s my hat! (BOISROBERT & RIGAUD, 2015), revealing the importance of the multilayered character of the spaces that unfold there. The following objectives were set: i) investigate ways to improve the aesthetic sensibility of children, through the sensorial and spatial exploration of the pop-up book, with particular emphasis on the paratextual elements; ii) understand the potential of the spaces redesigned in the book under analysis, to increase creativity and imagination, through the exploration of the symbiosis between text and illustrations, locus of articulation between literature and mathematics. It is concluded that the three-dimensional character of the pop-up book allows for the creation of uncommon reading pacts, revealing its unusual potential for fruition, still little explored.
