RESUMO
O presente relatório tem como objectivo expor toda a intervenção prática efectuada ao longo da época desportiva no sentido da concretização do processo de treino/ensino/aprendizagem numa equipa de Sub 10 das escolas de formação do clube Sport Viseu e Benfica.
Neste documento está descrito o meio envolvente e o contexto do grupo em causa, quais os recursos disponíveis para o processo de treino, o conhecimento dos atletas e os objectivos a alcançar pelos mesmos, assim como quais os meios de acção para a obtenção dos mais diversos objectivos e todo o planeamento efectuado.
Inicialmente foi efectuada uma revisão bibliográfica onde se pretendeu expor diversos temas de relativa importância para esta intervenção profissional, procurando-se levantar e analisar na literatura o contexto relativo ao desporto para crianças e ao futebol de formação com todos os preceitos adequados ao processo de treino com crianças.
Verificou-se que o treino de força favorece não só, a performance desportiva como assume particular importância na prevenção das lesões. Para além disso, identificou-se o treino em circuito como a forma mais adaptada para o desenvolvimento da Força, nas idades mais jovens.
Identificou-se também o “Teaching Games for Understanding” como o modelo ideal para o ensino dos jogos colectivos colocando o atleta numa posição de construtor activo das suas próprias aprendizagens.
O relacionamento do treinador com a criança aparece como sendo o mais importante elemento dentro de todo o contexto desportivo e é através da sua acção que ele tem de conseguir provocar nos que aprendem e treinam, o interesse e motivação essenciais para o progresso e êxito. Contudo, esta é uma actividade que está constantemente envolta em polémicas tornando-se extremamente desgastante, repercutindo-se na satisfação dos treinadores que, por sua vez, afectam a disposição, o empenho e seus sentimentos futuros.
Posto isto, este mostra-se um documento que facilita a compreensão do estado actual do futebol de formação no concelho de Viseu. Verifica-se, através deste estudo da satisfação do treinador mediante as mais diversas dimensões que, os treinadores estão mais satisfeitos profissionalmente com os Aspectos Pessoais e de Planeamento uma menor satisfação é atribuída aos Aspectos da Formação e Carreira e, a menor satisfação está associada aos Aspectos Financeiros.
ABSTRACT This report aims to expose any practical intervention carried out throughout the sport season towards achieving the process of training / teaching / learning in an under-10 football team belonging to the formation schools of Sport Club Viseu e Benfica. This document outlines the environment and the context of the group in cause, what resources are available for the training process, knowledge of the athletes and the objectives pursued by them, as well as the means of action for the attainment of several goals and all the planning done. Initially it was made a literature review which sought to expound on various topics of importance to this professional intervention, seeking to bring up and analyze the context in the literature on sport for children and football formation with all the suitable precepts for the process of training with children. It was verified that strength training not only favors sports performance but also, it is particularly important in injury prevention. In addition, we identified the circuit training as the most suitable for the development of Strength in early ages. Was also identified the "Teaching Games for Understanding" as the ideal model for teaching collective games because it places the athlete in an active role on his own learning process. The coach's relationship with the child appears to be the most important element within the whole context of sport and it is through his action that he must be able to lead those who learn and train to the essential interest and motivation for progress and success. However, this is an activity that is constantly surrounded in controversy about becoming extremely stressful, what leads to an impact on the coaches‟ satisfaction, which, in turn, affects their future willingness, commitment and feelings. Hereupon, this is a document that facilitates the understanding of the current state of football formation in the council of Viseu. Through this study of coaches‟ satisfaction through their many dimensions it was verified that they are more professionally satisfied with Personal and Planning Aspects followed by Career and Training Aspects and the less satisfaction lies on Financial Aspects.
