Abstract(s)
O presente relatório é o culminar de 9 meses de estágio curricular na empresa Miúdos
Frenéticos, expondo as várias estratégias de Marketing aplicadas nos diferentes projetos,
negócios e serviços da empresa, utilizando os conhecimentos e competências que adquiri ao
longo do percurso académico na licenciatura e mestrado em Marketing na Escola Superior de
Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu.
O objetivo para a realização do estágio foi a aplicação dos conhecimentos adquiridos no
mestrado em diferentes dimensões do marketing tais como, o marketing digital, o marketing de
conteúdo e o marketing tradicional aplicando uma variedade de estratégias em diferentes
setores, tais como a restauração e retalho, setores esses em que a empresa Miúdos Frenéticos
atua.
Ao longo deste relatório será apresentado um enquadramento teórico incidindo na
fundamentação das estratégias utilizadas, essas que por sua vez serão enunciadas e explicadas
nos respetivos setores em que foram aplicadas durante o estágio.
Na parte final do relatório é apresentada uma apreciação crítica ao estágio, expondo
tanto os pontos positivos como negativos complementando com sugestões a implementar de
modo a potencializar os diferentes negócios e projetos da empresa.
ABSTRACT: This report is the culmination of 9 months of curricular internship at the company Miúdos Frenéticos, exposing the various Marketing strategies applied in the different projects, businesses and services of the company, using the knowledge and skills I acquired throughout the academic path in the degree and master's degree in Marketing at the Escola de Tecnologia e Gestão de Viseu. The objective for carrying out the internship was to apply the knowledge acquired in the master's degree in different dimensions of marketing such as digital marketing, content marketing and traditional marketing, applying multiple strategies in different sectors, such as catering and retail, those in which the company Miúdos Frenéticos is part. Throughout this report, a theoretical framework will be presented, focusing on the reasoning of the strategies used, which in turn will be stated and explained in the respective sectors in which they were applied during the internship. In the final part of the report, a critical assessment of the internship is presented, exposing both the positive and negative points, complementing with suggestions to be implemented in order to enhance the different businesses and projects of the company.
